“Transparent Gallery” is an imaginary environment for art and photography exhibitions. It occupies, in a virtual manner, a slightly elevated rectangle on the sidewalk of Glória Street in the busy though leafy neighborhood of Glória, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This subtle platform was built by the city administration possibly to serve as base for a newsstand, but none has settled there yet.

A Galeria Transparente é um ambiente imaginário para mostras de arte e fotografia. Ela ocupa de maneira virtual um retângulo suavemente elevado e plano na calçada da Rua da Glória próxima à esquina com a Rua Cândido Mendes, no Rio de Janeiro. Esta área foi preparada pela prefeitura possivelmente para uma banca de jornal até agora nenhuma se instalou lá.
